Last session before Christmas - 20th December 2018

Our last keep fit session was held on the 20th December taught by Emily Lockhart.  After the session the group donated food and toiletries to the Slough Foodbank.  The Slough Foodbank provides 3 days supply of non-perishable foods to help local people in food crisis, who are assessed then referred by one of over 120 local, professional agencies. Last year the Foodbank supplied almost 4000 food parcels.
