Established in 2006, the Slough Senior Citizens Group pursues a programme of healthy living for senior citizens. Our regular weekly exercise sessions: yoga, relaxation techniques and keep fit, as well as workshops and seminars on health-related subjects, have proved very popular.
Over time, we have developed a strong understanding of what the needs of the elderly community are, and what we can do for them. But we're also open to new ideas.
We've additionally delivered a workshop on Combating Isolation and Loneliness on International Older Persons Day.
