Established in 2006, the Slough Senior Citizens Group have pursued a programme of Healthy Living for Senior Citizens. Our regular weekly exercise sessions: yoga, relaxation techniques and keep fit, workshops and seminars on health-related subjects have proved very popular.
During this period, we have developed a strong understanding of what the
needs of the elderly community are, and what we can do for them.
We also conducted a workshop on Combating Isolation and Loneliness on the occasion of International Older People day.
